Shipments within Costa Rica
Due to the current situation of COVID-19 we are offering FREE shipping throughout the country through the Costa Rican Post Office.
In general, the CR Post Service, once we leave the package in its offices, takes from one day to the next within the GAM and from 2 to 3 days outside the GAM to make home deliveries . When we deliver the order to the post office, we will send you the guide number so that you can track it.
If you want to have it in the shortest possible time , we recommend two options:
Request to send it to a post office near you, so you can pick it up. Deliveries to branches take overnight across the country.
Send or pick it up at our store in Multiplaza in Escazú or Multiplaza Curridabat. We tell you when the order is ready for you to pick it up.
Take into account that the days we deliver to the Post Office are Tuesdays and Thursdays . On dates such as Christmas, Father's Day or Mother's Day, it is better to place your orders in time, as there is usually a saturation of the Post Office system on these dates.
International deliveries
International shipments would be made through the Courier service of Correos de Costa Rica and with the delivery duration established by these systems. The service includes the cost of preparation, packaging and transportation.
